Upgrading lighting.

The old boob light is out and it’s not going to help sell your house. It’s also not very difficult to swap out a couple of lights before opening up your home to potential buyers.

A basic light is usually 3 wires and some mounting hardware. The ground. Green or bare wire gets connected to the box, then the white connects to white and black to black. If swapping out lights is a little bit too challenging it’s not going to be hard to get someone else to help.
